A heavy duty concentrated alkaline liquid for high temperature dish machines and presoak operations. Designed for use in hard water with moderate to heavy soil. It is highly chelated to reduce scale, easily breaks down stubborn soil, grease and oils and is effective in moderately hard and hard water.
